IIASN provides a personal experience for our clients with Disabilities, starting from the very first introduction meeting. We understand the search for a working dog can be overwhelming. Our team of experts will assist the client using a locally sourced database to hand-select dogs best suitable for their specific disability. Once a match is made, we continue the relationship building process with weekly coaching meetings, support and mentorship. IIASN because comes a the hub for therapists, clients and working dogs to communicate, learn and heal.
WHO ARE OUR CLIENTS? Our client base will be built through referrals, online marketing, social media outreach and various local charity organizations. Founded and operated by a woman with Special needs and her working dog, our company’s foundation is based on first hand experience. This provides a huge advantage over our competitors because she has experience living with a disability, the process of sourcing the proper dog and a large network of Adaptive and Working Dog Organizations In order to get their client results. Additionally, while other companies may provide group coaching sessions, IIASN provides personalized one on one sessions. As well as a personal relationship with their trainer.Platform to communicate. The sessions will follow the plan written. We believe these private sessions are most beneficial to ensure the training is specific to the individual person, diagnosis and age/breed/experience of their new working dog.
MARKET ANALYSIS: What makes us better? IIASN is a small business with a broad reach. We have a strong network of other Adaptive and Dog Working Organizations. However, because of our small business, our clients have the advantage of getting the attention they deserve during this experience without being overlooked or unheard. Those with certain disabilities require a special attention from their coaches in order to best learn and process. Other companies that specialize in Service Dogs operate on a larger scale, in which they are physical unable to provide the one on one services IIASN can offer. As the client: employee ratio climbs, the quality of service provided is lowered.
